Bruno Müller-Meyer (Switzerland)

Bruno Müller-Meyer was born in 1952 in Lucerne, where he still lives and works. 1974 he set off a world trip as a portrait artist, 1976 he studied at Ecole des Beaux Arts in Geneva, from 1977–82 he completed his studies in German Literature, Philosophy and Art History at the University of Zurich, 1984 PhD thesis on early Romanticism. Bruno Müller-Meyer is the co-founder of the Kunsthalle in Lucerne. From 1995 to 1999 he was a lecturer in philosophy and art theory at the Lucerne University of Applied Science and Art, Department Art &Design.
