Samira Hodaei (Iran)

After finishing her degree at AL ZAHRA University in Tehran Samira Hodaei assisted the internationally known artists Reza Derakshani for six years. 

As «Artist in Residence» at AB GALLERY Samira Hodaei received the opportunity to work thousands kilometers away from her home country in a completely new environment. During her stay in Switzerland the work series which has its orgin in Iran was further developed and completed. The new works on canvas are witnesses of the artist`s residence in Europe and artistically create a bridge between Switzerland and Iran.
